Papaya Tomato Avocado Salad with Mango Salsa


- ½ head of romaine or other combo of favourite greens (spinach, dandelion, red leaf)
- 1-2 ripe papaya, peeled & sliced
- 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¾ sweet red pepper, sliced
- ½ cup of cucumber, sliced quarter moons
- 2 cups of ripe mango, chopped
- handful of cilantro, finely chopped
- ¼ sweet red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 roma tomato, finely chopped
