Salad
  1. ½ head of romaine or other combo of favourite greens (spinach, dandelion, red leaf)
  2. 1-2 ripe papaya, peeled & sliced
  3. 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. ¾ sweet red pepper, sliced
  5. ½ cup of cucumber, sliced quarter moons
Salsa
  1. 2 cups of ripe mango, chopped
  2. handful of cilantro, finely chopped
  3. ¼ sweet red pepper, finely chopped
  4. 1 roma tomato, finely chopped
